What we collect
When you request contact, we collect your selected protection interest, name, WhatsApp number, optional email address, preferred language and consent record.
- Channel, campaign and product-intent labels are counted only in a separate anonymous daily aggregate.
- We do not request NRIC or passport numbers.
- We do not request health, income, card, bank or policy information.
- Provider application data is entered on the provider's approved platform, not this website.
Why we use it
We use the information to respond to your enquiry, send a requested follow-up and keep an auditable record of that request. Optional marketing consent is separate and can be withdrawn at any time.
Who processes it
The website is hosted on Vercel and enquiry data is stored in a managed Supabase database in Singapore. Approved technology and email providers may process data only to operate this service. Provider application data is subject to the provider's own privacy notice.
Retention and security
Unconverted enquiry records are deleted or anonymised after 12 months unless a written legal or principal requirement applies. Access is limited to approved administrators using passwordless authentication and multi-factor authentication.
Your choices and rights
Contact solveracademy96@gmail.com to request access, correction, withdrawal of consent or deletion where applicable. You may also complain to Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Commissioner.
